 Warranty

 Most items have a one year warranty. If they have a manufacturing defect at the time of purchase the claim has to be  made within 5 days of purchasing.

Warranty items must have an RMA Return Merchandise Authorization.

 Returns 

 Please double check your order for accuracy and note we are not currently accepting any returns due to the C-19 virus.

 If you want to return an item for any reason (refund, exchange or warranty), first contact IVS’ Customer Service Desk.

Call us at 1-844-401-7703. Returns for refund or exchange must be received within 30 days and have a copy of the original invoice or receipt. (If you can't find your receipt, call us and we will  email you a copy)

Many of our items are not returnable because they are used in food production or animal health (See below).

Original shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping fees.

It is important that you open your package as soon as it arrives because we do not accept returns after 30 days.

Missing items must be reported to Customer Service at 1-844-401-7703 within five (5) working days.

 All returned items must be in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

 Exchanges

 If you simply ordered the wrong item and wish to exchange it, we will generally exchange returnable items new and unused in original packaging without a restock fee.

Customer must pay all shipping charges. (see the list below for items that may not be returned or exchanged).

You must have an RMA for an exchange. Call first 1-844-401-7703

 

Returns for Refund

 If you want to return an item for a refund we will issue a refund within 30 days of receiving the returned merchandise - less a restock fee.

Restock fees are 10% of purchase price with a $10 minimum.  

The restock fee is to cover our time and expense to package and ship and then unpack and restock a return.  

The following items are NOT Returnable;

1. Closeout and Clearance items
2. Animal Health items such as needles, syringes and drenchers.
3. Any sealed container that has been opened
4. Items purchased more than 30 days ago

 Returns must have the following or you WILL NOT be issued a refund:

1.  RA number. You must call 1-844-401-7703 and get a return authorization number
2. Copy of original invoice, receipt or packing slip from IVS
3. A note as to why you are returning the item. (I.E., ordered wrong item, defective item, etc.)
